Green and Sweet Chutney can be added to chat snacks like Ragda Patties
      (Please see the Ragda Patties Recipe and
      Aloo Chaat Recipe), Sev puri, Bhel puri, Chana bhel..etc. These chutneys make chats
      more chatpata. You can easily prepare these chutneys at home. Sweet chutney is
      also called as 'Imli Chutney' in Hindi.
  GREEN CHUTNEY
  Ingredients:
  - Mint leaves
  - Coriander leaves
  - Medium size Tomato
  - 1-2 Green chilies
  - Piece of Ginger
  - 1/2 tsp. Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  - Salt as per taste
  Instructions:
  Rinse the bunch of mint and coriander leaves well in the water and chop
    them. Then put the chopped coriander and mint leaves in the grinder(mixer).
    Make small pieces of tomato. Remove all the seeds of tomato and put it in
    the grinder. Then Add 1-2 green chilies (if you like more spicy you can add
    more chilies), a piece of ginger, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and salt as per taste.
    Add some water and grind it till it becomes a thick paste. Your Green
    chutney is now ready to serve. 
  Tip: You can also add Chat masala instead of Tomato.
    SWEET CHUTNEY
  
  
    Ingredients:
  
  
    - 150 gms. Tamarind
  
- 150 gms. Jaggery
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. Asafoetida(Hing)
- 1/2 tsp. Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp. Kashmiri Red Chili powder
- Salt as per taste
  
    Instructions:
  
  
    Soak tamarind in a bowl with water for about 2 hours, then mash it
      nicely and filter the tamarind pulp. Now add crushed jaggery to the
      tamarind pulp. Mix it nicely and put the mixture on gas flame. 
Let it
      cook for some time. When you see jaggery mixed well, add 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2
      tsp. Asafoetida, 1/2 tsp. kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp. cumin
      powder, 1/2 tsp. garam masala, 1/2 tsp. chat masala, and salt as per
      taste. Cook this on medium flame. That's it, your Sweet chutney is
      ready.
  
  
    Tip: You can also soak Dates(Khajoor) with Tamarind in
