Maggi Noodles Recipe with Tomato and Onion

Maggi Noodles is everyones all time favorite dish. Maggie Noodles is just prepared using water and noodle, but this recipe is with a twist. This is a very easy and fast recipe which you can prepare during evening time.

In this dish I will add onion, tomato and Green peas. Onion, tomato, green peas are mixed with turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Check out for ingredients and instructions. 

Maggi Noodles




Ingredients:

- 2 Packets of Maggi

- 2 Packets of Maggi Masala from Maggi Packet

- 1 Chopped Onion (Large)

- 1 Chopped Tomato (Medium)

- 8-10 Curry Leaves (Optional)

- Some Green Peas

- 1 Sliced Carrot(Optional)

- 1 Chopped Green Chili

- 1/4 tsp. Turmeric Powder

- 1/4 tsp. Coriander Powder

- 1/4 tsp. Cumin Powder

- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1/3 tsp. Red Chili Powder

- Oil as required

- 2 Glasses water

Maggi Noodles

Instructions:

Heat the pan, add some oil in it and add chopped onion. Saute it for sometime. Let chopped onion become soft and little translucent. Then add curry leaves and chopped green chili. Again saute it for sometime and add chopped tomato and sliced carrot. Now let chopped pieces of tomato become soft. 

Now its time to add some spices. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and chili powder. Mix it for sometime. Later add 2 packets of maggi masala from maggi noodles packet. Saute and add 2 glasses of water. Let the water boil, then final step is to add 2 packets of maggi noodles. Cook for some time till noodles becomes soft. Your street style Maggi Noodles is ready to serve.

 


Tip: If you are a non veg lover you can add Shredded Chicken.
