Butter Chicken

Butter Chicken is sweet in taste. The combination of Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan, Paratha, Butter Naan is super tasty. 

I prepare Butter Chicken using S.R.R. Butter Chicken Masala which you can get easily in the market. This masala is made of various combination of spices. This recipe is very simple to prepare. Now lets start.

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp. Ghee 

- 2 Finely chopped Onions 

- 1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic paste

- 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes 

- 50 gms. S.R.R. Butter Chicken Masala

- 1/2 cup Thick Curd

- 1 tbsp. Butter

-  Some Chopped Coriander Leaves

- 700 gms. Chicken pieces

- Some more Ginger Garlic paste to marinate Chicken

Instructions:

Firstly marinate the chicken by applying salt and ginger garlic paste. Keep it for 1 hour to marinate. 

Now heat the pan add ghee, add onion fry it nicely till it becomes golden brown. After this add S.R.R butter chicken masala (50 gms). Stir it properly and add ginger garlic paste. Saute it for sometime then add chopped tomatoes. Cook it for sometime till tomatoes become soft. Now add marinated pieces of chicken and add curd to it. Mix it nicely and cover the lid and cook it on low flame. Let the chicken cook well. 

Finally add butter and garnish it with coriander leaves. Turn off the gas and serve it hot. 

Tip: You can add Smoky tandoori chicken instead of normal marinated chicken pieces to make it more tasty.
