Hello Everyone. Today's recipe is Squids Chili Fry. Goans love Seafood. Some of the Squid dishes are Squids batter fry, Batter garlic, Stuffed or Chili Fry. This recipe is prepared using sweet Tomato Ketchup and Spicy Green Chili Sauce. Try out this my sweet and Spicy recipe. So lets start.
Ingredients:
- 6-7 Medium sized Squids
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Medium sized Onion
- 2 to 3 Green Chilles
- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Red Chili Powder
- Salt as per tast
- 2 tbsp. Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp. Soya Sauce
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions:
Firstly clean the Squids nicely and make pieces. Marinate it by applying salt and Ginger Garlic paste. Keep it sometime for marination.

Heat the pan add oil and add chopped onions. Saute it for some time, then add sliced pieces of green chilies. Again Saute it and add ginger garlic paste. Fry till onion becomes soft and little brownish. |

Now add marinated pieces of Squids. Saute it for sometime and add garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Cover the lid and cook it on low flame for 1 minute.
Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce and green chili sauce. Mix it well and cover the lid and Cook it on low flame. Cook it till the Squids become soft. Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and squids chili fry is ready. Serve it hot with onion and enjoy lunch or dinner.
Tip: If you like more spicy you can add some more Red Chili Powder.
