Corn cutlet is an Indian snack prepared prepared using Corn, Potatoes and
Flattened Rice, etc. It is one of the healthiest snack. It is crispy and soft.
You can serve this with
Chat Chutney
or any other sauce. You can easily prepare within 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 3 Medium size boiled Potato
- 1/2 cup Flattened Rice (Poha)
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 inch Chopped Ginger
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tsp. Coriander powder
- 1 tsp. Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. Chaat masala
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Some chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions:
Firstly boil the potatoes and peel the skin. Now mash the boiled potatoes
nicely and keep it aside. Now in a mixer, add flattened rice, blend it to thin
powder and remove it into a plate. Now in the same mixer jar, add corn
kernels, cumin seeds, chopped ginger and chopped green chili. Grind it little
(Do not make a paste).
Now remove the corn mixture in a bowl, add flattened rice powder and add
mashed potatoes. Mix all this ingredients nicely. Now add coriander powder,
red chili powder, chaat masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Again mix
everything. Make small balls of it and flatten them to cutlet shape.
Heat pan, add oil and place the cutlets on pan. Shallow fry the corn cutlets
and enjoy it with
Chaat Chutneys
as evening snacks.
Tip: You can also fry cutlets using Rava(Semolina).
