How to make Momos Chutney


Ingredients required to make Momos Chutney

- 5-6 Tomatoes

- 10-12 Dry Red Chilies

- 1 tbsp. Chopped Ginger

- 1 tbsp. Chopped Garlic

- 1 tsp. Soya Sauce

- 1 tsp. Lemon juice

- 1 tsp. Sugar

- Salt as per taste

Instructions to make Momos Chutney

Boil tomatoes and dry red chilies together. You can also put in pressure cooker. Keep it aside to cool down completely.



Now the next step is to remove the peel of boiled tomatoes and transfer boiled tomatoes and dry red chili to the mixer jar. 



Grind it and make thin paste. Keep it aside.



Heat pan, add oil, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute it nicely. Now next add soya sauce, mix it and add tomato chili paste. Mix it for 2-3 minutes and add lemon juice, salt and sugar. Momos Chutney is ready to serve with Momos.
