How to make Masala Papad easily at home

Masala Papad Easy Recipe

Masala papad is made using papad. This is very easy Indian snack which is prepared using papad, onion, tomato, coriander leaves and some spicy masala. Masala papad is either roasted or fried. Tomato and onion are mixed with masalas. Tomato and onion mix is placed on the top of roasted papad or fried papad.

Masala papad looks like pizza, papad with veggies on top. This is very easy recipe. You can easily prepare using some basic ingredients. I would suggest to use Lijjat papad to make masala papad.

Ingredients required to make Masala Papad:

- 1 chopped Onion

- 1 chopped Tomato

- 2 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves

- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder

- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

- Salt as per taste

- Roasted or deep fried papad



Instructions to make Masala Papad:


To make Tomato Onion mix

In a bowl, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix it nicely.

Further step to make Masala Papad

Now roast or deep fry papad. Place the tomato mix on the papad. Masala Papad is ready to serve.

Tip: You can add Lemon juice instead of Chaat Masala.
