Vegetable Hakka Noodle is an Indo-Chinese dish prepared using fried noodles
mixed with some veggies. It is a popular Indian street food originated from
the Chinese population living in India. Now it has become one of the favorite
among Indians. You will also like my

Ingredients:
- 1 Packet of Hakka Noodles
- 1 Medium size Chopped Onion
- 1 Grated Carrot
- Piece of Chopped Cabbage
- 1/2 Chopped Capsicum
- 1 Magi Cube
- 2 tsp. Green Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp. Soya Sauce
- 2 tsp. Tomato Sauce
- Salt as per taste

Instructions:
Firstly boil the water, add Hakka Noodles. Cook it for some time in boiling
water till it become soft. When you see noodles, cooked perfectly, turn off
the flame. Follow the packet instructions for timing. Now drain the water
completely and rinse under running water. This makes noodles less sticky.
Heat pan, add the oil. Add chopped onion and a pinch of salt. Saute it for
some time till onion becomes translucent. Now add grated carrot, chopped
cabbage and chopped capsicum. Cook the veggies and add some salt. Mix all
these ingredients. Now add cooked Hakka noodles. Add magi cube. Mix it and
toss it on medium flame.
Now it's time to make noodles taste sweet and spicy. Add green chili sauce,
soya sauce and tomato sauce. Mix it and toss it for 2-3 minutes on medium
flame. Serve it hot and Enjoy.
Tip: If you like more spicy you can add Shezwan Chutney.
