I am here to share simple recipe of Veg Cutlet. Veg Cutlets are my favorite.
They always tastes better with Tomato Ketchup and Coconut Chutney. Please try
this recipe and enjoy evening snacks. They are prepared using a variety of
vegetables such as Potato, Carrot, Capsicum, Chili, Coriander leaves..etc
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mashed boiled Potato (peel the skin of Potato)
- 1/4 cup boiled and crushed Beans
- 2 tbsp. Finely chopped Capsicum
- 2-3 tbsp. French Beans
- 3 tbsp. Grated Carrot
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Chopped Chili
- 1 tsp. Ginger Garlic paste
- Salt as per taste
- Pinch of Chat Masala
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 2 tbsp. Dried Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Cornflour
- Oil to Shallow Fry Cutlets
Instructions:
Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix
it. Make a dough of it and give shape to cutlets
(round, heart or drop shape). Heat the pan, add oil
and fry cutlets. Enjoy the Veg Cutlets with Tomato Ketchup and
Coconut Chutney.
Tip: You can also add peeled and grated Beetroot
if you like.
