Veg Cheese Bread Pizza

Veg cheese bread pizza is one of the easiest and quick recipe to make. You can easily make Veg Cheese Bread Pizza at home on cooking pan. This recipe is usually suitable for breakfast and evening snacks. Veg cheese bread pizza can be made without pizza bread. 

You can give this to your kids in tiffin. This is one of healthy recipe especially for kids. Kids do not like vegetables. They can enjoy this yummy vegetable pizza. It totally depend on you which veggies to be used. You can prepare this in 15-20 minutes.

Bread pizza is made using slice bread, some veggies on top mixed with spices, tomato ketchup and cheese on top. You can also apply pizza sauce, hot and sour sauce. 


Ingredients :

- 4-5 Bread slices

- Butter

150 to 200 gms. Mozzarella Cheese (Grated) 

- 2 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup

- 1 Chopped Onion

- 1 Chopped Tomato

- 1 Chopped Capsicum

- Boiled Corn (Optional)

- Pinch of Black Pepper Powder 

- Pinch of Chat Masala

- 1 tsp. Red Chili Fakes

- 1 tsp. Oregano

- 1 tsp. Dried Basil

- Pinch of Salt

Instructions :

TO MAKE MIX VEGGIES : 

Take a Bowl add a chopped Onion, chopped Tomato, chopped Capsicum and add some boiled corn (optional). Then add Mozzarella cheese, add  red chili flakes, oregano and dried basil. 

Mix it well properly. Then add a pinch of black pepper powder and a pinch of salt to taste. Add a pinch of Chaat Masala. Again Mix all the ingredients very well. 

Now apply Tomato ketchup on bread slices and add mixed veggies over it. Grate mozzarella cheese over it. 

Heat pan add a butter, now place the bread slices on buttered pan. 

Cover it with lid and cook it on low flame. When you see the cheese melted down nicely take them out. Veg cheese bread pizza is ready.

Tip: You can add Jalapeno to get a spicy taste.
