Chili Chicken

Chili Chicken is an Indo-Chinese dish of chicken. It is a sweet, spicy and a little crispy starter prepared with chicken. Spices and herbs make it more tasty and delicious. Today i will use Ching's Chicken Chili Masala to make Chili Chicken. You can prepare this quickly using Ching's Masala. I will not use egg to marinate chicken. You can also check my other recipes Squids Chili Fry and Soya Chunks Chili. Let's start.

Ingredients:

- 1 packet of Chings Chili Chicken Masala


For Marination

- 200 gms Chicken pieces 

- 1 tbsp. all purpose Flour (Maida) 

- 1 tbsp. Corn Flour

- 1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic paste

- Salt as per taste


Other Ingredients:

- 1 Medium Chopped Onion

- 1 Chopped Capsicum

- 1 Grated Carrot (optional)

- 1 Sliced Green Chili

- Chopped Spring Onion

- Oil as required

- 2 Glasses water

Instructions:

Masala Mixture
In a bowl, add 2 glasses of water (300 ml)  and add 1 full packet of Ching's Chicken Chili Masala. Mix it well till it becomes lumps free. Keep it aside.

Marination 
Now marinate the chicken. Wash the chicken pieces properly. Add salt, Ginger Garlic paste, all purpose flour (Maida) and corn flour. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside to marinate for about One hour.

Chicken Pakoda
Heat the pan, add the oil and place marinated chicken pieces. Shallow fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. When you see the chicken fried well, remove it on a plate. 

Further Process
Now in the same pan add oil if required, add chopped onion. Saute it for some time and add sliced green chili. Now add capsicum, grated carrot and chicken Pakoda. Mix it for few minutes on medium flame. Now add the masala mixture. Mix it and keep it on medium flame. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. It will become little thick. Turn off the flame. Garnish it with chopped spring onion. Serve it hot and enjoy Lunch / Dinner.

Tip: You can also add more veggies if you like.
