Today I am going to share kids friendly recipe with you all. Corn Chaat is a
mixture of boiled corn kernels, onions, tomatoes, chaat masala and other
ingredients. Corn Chaat is easy and fast to make. You can prepare this during evening time.
Ingredients:
- Boiled Corn Kernels
- 1 Medium size Chopped Onion
- 1 Medium size Tomato
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tsp. Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Red Chili Powder
- Pinch of Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 to 1 lemon Juice

Instructions:
Firstly boil the corn by adding some salt. Now in a bowl, add boiled corn
kernels, add chopped onion and chopped tomato. Mix this all, then add
chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chili. Mix all the veggies
properly. Now its time to add some spicy flavor. Add chaat masala, roasted
cumin powder, black salt (add black salt as per taste as we have already
added some salt while boiling corn kernels), red chili powder, a pinch black
pepper powder (if you like more spicy you can add more) and squeeze some
lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients. Your Corn Chaat is ready.
Now in a plate, add this Corn Chaat and add
Chaat Chutneys. Enjoy the simple evening snack with Tea. One of the Sweet and Spicy
evening snack.
Tip:You can also add Sev on top of it.
